Is AED 550 really everything?
Yes — for the nationalities the offer covers. The AED 550 includes the Chinese consular fee, the visa application centre fee, your official Canton Fair invitation letter, your buyer registration and entry badge, and all of our form-filling, document checking and submission work. Airline tickets, hotels and travel insurance are not included.
Which nationalities get the AED 550 price?
Indian, Pakistani, Filipino, Bangladeshi, Sri Lankan, Egyptian, Nepali and Nigerian passports — which covers most non-GCC UAE residents. The reason it is not everyone is simple: the Chinese consular fee is set by nationality, and a US, Canadian, Brazilian or Argentine passport is charged several times more, so one flat price cannot cover everybody honestly. Those nationalities are quoted individually — send us your passport on WhatsApp and we will confirm your exact all-in price before you commit to anything. Emirati and other GCC passport holders travel to China visa-free for up to 30 days and need no visa at all.
How long is the AED 550 offer available?
It runs for the 140th Canton Fair (15 October – 4 November 2026). Because processing takes 4 working days at the visa centre, the practical cut-off is your phase deadline — 29 September for Phase 1, 7 October for Phase 2 and 15 October for Phase 3. Later than that is still worth asking about.
When is the next Canton Fair?
The 140th Canton Fair runs 15 October – 4 November 2026 in Guangzhou, across three phases. The fair runs each Spring (~mid-April) and Autumn (~mid-October); we time your visa to your phase.
What makes it a “special” visa?
It is a business (M) visa issued on the Canton Fair’s official invitation letter, which we obtain for you along with your buyer registration and entry badge.
What if I book late?
Two backups exist: a Guangzhou Baiyun port visa (single entry, up to 30 days — but US and French nationals are excluded), or China’s 240-hour visa-free transit which permits attending the fair. We advise which fits you.
